RESCIND Boil Water Notice South of Berger RD to FM 2086 and along FM 2086

On 9-25-23, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) required our
public water system Little Elm Valley WSC, PWS ID 0140025 to issue a Boil Water
Notice (BWN) to inform our customers that due to power outage caused by Sunday evening storm, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has required our public water system Little Elm Valley WSC, PWS ID 0140025, to notify customers to boil their water prior to consumption. This affected customers south of Berger RD to FM 2086 and along FM 2086.
Our system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore adequate pressure,
disinfectant levels, and/or bacteriological quality and has provided TCEQ with testing
results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling as of 9-27-23.
